Melbourne Youth Orchestras’ Strategic Plan sets the direction for the next chapter of our work with young people across Victoria.
Built through reflection with our board and staff, it focuses on three priority areas: Diverse, Connected and Secure. These priorities guide how we expand access to music education, strengthen our role within Victoria’s creative ecosystem, and build a sustainable future for the organisation.
This plan reflects both our ambition and our reality. We are growing demand, increasing impact, and responding to a changing funding environment, while remaining committed to ensuring that every young person can access, experience and grow through ensemble music.
