Melbourne Youth Orchestras is proud to present Melbourne Youth Big Band and Melbourne Youth Jazz Orchestra for their second concert of the year. MYO have brought together countless young musicians for ensemble music-making since 1967. In 2023, two brand-new jazz orchestras were added back into the mix and are going from strength to strength.

Under the guidance of Guest Director, trombonist, composer and educator Roger Schmidli, these sensational bands will present a sophisticated and diverse concert joined by guest saxophonist, local legend – Tim Wilson.
