Violin Masterclass with Eoin Andersen

In 2015 Melbourne Youth Music hosted a Masterclass Series, comprising of three Masterclasses, each focusing on different instruments and rehearsal techniques, presented at different venues around Victoria.

The third and final Masterclass for 2015 focussed on the Violin and was held at the Victorian College of the Arts, featuring violinist Eoin Andersen. Four violin students workshoped their chosen piece with Eoin and received advice and personalised feedback. Eoin guided students through key aspects of instrumental performance, in front of a live audience – both in person and online. All audience members had the opportunity to participate in a Q&A with Eoin on any aspects of violin performance.
