Approximate standard: AMEB Grade 5 – 6 or equivalent
Approximate age range: 14 – 18
Rehearsals: Saturday 1:00pm – 4:00pm
Instruments: Violin, viola, cello, double bass.

DAVID LE GUEN – Conductor
David is a passionate music educator who currently holds the position of Co-Head of Music at Ballarat Clarendon College. He has conducted the Tasmanian and Canberra Youth Orchestras and the Derwent Symphony Orchestra. He holds a music degree from the Australian National University and a doctorate in violin performance from the University of Tasmania. David studied conducting with Max McBride and Myer Fredman, and his violin teachers include the late Professor Jan Sedivka, Len Dommet and Tor Fromhyr.
